| ONE ;; respect everyone on the site no matter what. if there are any issues between members, deal with it through pm or contact a staff member for help. TWO ;; we have no word count on CHAOS but please try to keep with the rhythm of the post. if the poster previous to you has written a 200+ word post, at least try to reply with 100+. i know we all occasionally struggle with writers block but there shouldn't be any one liner posts, we're striving to be a literate warrior cat roleplay. THREE ;; when you first join CHAOS, please create a regular user account for your alias. this account should be under the name you want everyone to call you. you'll use your alias account for all ooc posts such as trackers, activity checks and character creation. character accounts should only be created once you're character has been approved by staff. we are a one character per account site so make sure you create a separate account for each character once approved. FOUR ;; any discrimination, flaming, harassment, etc of anyone on the site will be grounds for punishment. CHAOS is intended to be a fun, open environment for anyone and everyone. FIVE ;; no offensive content is allowed on the site. keep it private if you need to. SIX ;; CHAOS is a unique warrior cat roleplay in that we allow a lot of freedom when it comes to creating characters. every cat in the CHAOS universe is allowed to have a unique power if the roleplayer so wishes. powers can range from telekinesis, or moving things with the mind, to simple powers such as extra speed. the extent of a power is up to the staff's approval and there will be no characters accepted who would be considered "god like" in terms of power. SEVEN ;; staff reserve the right to add any rules they see fit as the site grows. | |
| Character Creation | |
| ONE ;; as previously stated, you're first account created should be your alias account. any and all accounts created afterwards should be character accounts. do not create youre character account until the character has been approved by a staff member. TWO ;; due to CHAOS's unique addition of cat powers, any and all sorts of creative names are allowed when choosing your characters names. if you would like to have a cat names energysoul or puppetclaw then go for it. again there will be no vulgar or offensive names allowed. THREE ;; we allow unique eye colors for characters on CHAOS but we do not allow crazy coat colors. there will be no cats approved with crazy fur colors such as blue or green. all cats' fur colors should remain relatively normal in color. if you would like your cat to have a specific unusual marking, speak to a staff member beforehand. FOUR ;; you may not create kits unless they're born from a litter on this site. you may also not create queens already pregnant with kits unless granted specific permission from staff for a plot. if you want kits, they must come from a queen and male cat already on the site. the number and description of the kits will be left for the parents to decide. you may have no more than 5 kits per litter in an attempt to keep kit counts from rising too high. FIVE ;; there is no character limit as of right now but if staff finds that members are creating too many characters and not keeping up with them then we will have to implement a cap limit for characters. SIX ;; when moving from kit - apprentice or apprentice - warrior, there must be a post created with the clan leader and the cat in question. you cannot just decide to move your character up on your own. during ceremonies, you may either choose your own warrior name or if you want, you may leave it up to the leader to decide for you. SEVEN ;; only two high positions are allowed for one person. you may not have both high positions in the same clan and you may not hold two of the same positions, such as leader of thunderclan and riverclan. EIGHT ;; no perfect characters. this goes for everything from personality to the powers the cat possesses. | |

| ONE ;; there will be no powerplaying or godmodding on CHAOS. you must always give your roleplay partner a chance to reaction to any action directed towards their character. TWO ;; liquid time is allowed to an extent. your character should not be in more than 4 threads at a time. gatherings or clan meeting threads do not count towards the limit. THREE ;; once again there is no word count as of right now on the site. strive to post at least one or two paragraphs and always try to match the previous posters length. it should go without saying that we expect proper grammar and spelling throughout the site as well. FOUR ;; post in either first or third person, whichever you feel most comfortable with. FIVE ;; there should be no graphic birthing or mating on the site. proboards allows anyone above 13 to join therefore all of our content should be age appropriate. no one really wants to read that anyways. SIX ;; for anyone wishing to kill off a character, pm a staff member so that we can move their biographies to the appropriate spots and notify leaders to update their statistics. | |
